Backstreet Wine Salon is Phoenix's most unique wine establishment. The Salon is both
a retail wine shop and a quiet, comfortable European-inspired Wine Bar and Bistro. The wines are personally selected by
Phoenix wine expert and owner, Jock Wulffson. In the Bistro, chef, Patrice Barry, prepares small plates and dishes based
on European bistro cooking. The menu and wines-by-the-glass change daily.
In the tradition of an old world European salon, Backstreet's decor features antiques and original artwork by emerging local
artists. The adjacent Backstreet Wine Guild offers temperature-controlled wine storage lockers for rent to the general public.
